This form could be used by general public for feedback on Aberdeen City Council Services.

It will often help council staff to answer if you include in your message:

  • What went wrong/right
  • When and where it happened
  • Who was involved
  • How you see the matter being resolved if you have a complaint
  • Your personal details (full name, address, postcode, daytime phone number)

b) by visiting the Marischal College Customer Service Centre or one of our customer Access Points - Mastrick Customer Access Point, Woodside Customer Access Point or Kincorth Customer Access Point
